Ms. Sharmial Deshmukh, for applicant in Application Nos.421 of 2018, 425 of 2018 and 426 of 2018. Mrs. Madhuri More, for respondent corporation. CORAM : DR.SHALINI PHANSALKAR-JOSHI, J.

DATE : 8st OCTOBER, 2018.

P.C. :

1] Heard learned counsel for the appellants and respondents. 2] These appeals are preferred challenging the refusal of adinterim relief, as passed by the City Civil Court. It is submitted that the Notices of Motion are yet pending before the trial Court. Moreover, the landlord owner has already filed intervention applications by way of Chamber Summons. Those Chamber Summons are also pending before the trial Court. Hence it would be proper to direct the trial Court to decide those Notices of Motion and the Chamber Summons at the earliest.

3] All the three Appeals accordingly stand disposed off. 4] Till disposal of Notices of Motion, the order ad-interim relief granted by this Court to continue.

5] In view of disposal of appeals, pending Civil Applications therein become infructuous and they are disposed off accordingly. [DR.SHALINI PHANSALKAR-JOSHI, J.] 2/2
