By this writ petition, the petitioner has impugned the order dated 17th October, 2016, passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kalyan thereby exhibiting some of the documents. 2.

In my view, mere exhibition of the documents will not dispense with the proof of documents. The petitioner is at liberty to agitate this issue at the stage of final hearing of the suit. 3.

I am thus not inclined to interfere with the said order passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kalyan at this stage.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed with aforesaid clarification. No order as to cost.
