Considering the averments made in the petition and in view of orders passed by this Court in similarly situated matters and also keeping in view the fact that the representation filed by petitioner on 21st March 2017, is pending with respondent nos. 3 and 4 and the same has not been yet decided, we direct respondent no. 3 and 4 to decide the said representation as early as possible, preferably within

While deciding the representation the respondent nos. 3 and 4 shall take into account the Government Resolution dated 1st March 2014 and the communication dated 4th June 2016 issued by Additional Secretary of Education, Department of Government of Maharashtra, Mantralaya.
