The Writ Petition No.3044 of 2012 challenging an order dated 3-3-2012 is pending since last more than four years. 2.
The petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take resort to alternate remedies. Leave granted. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.

In view of disposal of the writ petition as withdrawn, Civil Application No.1180 of 2014 does not survive and it accordingly stands disposed of.
