P.C. :- 1] It is submitted that this Writ Petition is preferred against the interim order passed by the Family Court at Bandra under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act in P.A. No.1332 of 2010. Now that P.A.No.1332 of 2010 is already decided and disposed of on 24th May, 2017, nothing survives in this writ petition. 2] In view thereof, this Writ Petition has become infructuous and therefore, stands disposed of. 2] Whatever contentions which were raised in the said interim order can definitely be available to the parties under Section 105 of Code of Civil Procedure.
