This is an application for listing criminal Appeal No.268 of 2002, for fnal hearing.

It is submitted that the applicant/appellant has been convicted for the offences under Prevention of Corruption Act. Appeal was admitted in 2002. In the past, the Appeal was listed on fnal hearing Board. The applicant/appellant has recently suffered heart attack. Hence, the Appeal be fied for hearing.
