P.C.:- This is an Application seeking permission to travel abroad from 16th April, 2019 to 6th May, 2019 and particularly to visit a country namely the United Kingdom.
The record reveals that, on the earlier occasions the Applicant was permitted by this Court to travel abroad by its Orders dated 13th February 2015, 16th September, 2016, 4th October, 2016 and 10th April, 2018. The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that in pursuance of the said orders the Applicant had travelled abroad and 1/2
ssm 2 26-appp397.19.doc has returned to India without committing breach of any conditions imposed upon him.
In view of the above and the facts mentioned in the present Application, the Applicant is permitted to travel abroad i.e. to the United Kingdom during the period from 16th April, 2019 to 6th May, 2019.
Hence, the following order:- a) The Applicant is permitted to travel abroad i.e. to United Kingdom during the period from 16th April, 2019 to 6th May, 2019;
b) Before leaving India, the Applicant shall submit detailed itinerary to the Investigating Officer; c) After his return from abroad, the Applicant shall intimate the said fact to the concerned Investigating Officer within three days from 6th May, 2019; d) Criminal Application No. 397 of 2019 is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
