Learned A.P.P., on instructions from the Additional Senior Jailor, Taloja Central Prison, Navi Mumbai submitted that, in pursuance of Order passed by the District and Sessions Court, Panvel-Raigad, the Petitioner has been released from jail on bail on 7th December 2022. 2.

As the Petitioner is on bail now, he can pursue his remedy for the grievance stated in the Petition.

Nothing further survives in the Petition and is accordingly disposed off.
