P.C.:- 1] This is an application for modification of condition (b) imposed upon the applicant by this Court while releasing him on bail by an order dated 16th March, 2017. By the said condition, the applicant has been directed that, after release from jail he shall not enter the jurisdiction of Mumbai Police Commissioneriate except for attending the Court dates of Sessions Case No.162 of 2015. 2] Mr.Date, the learned counsel for the informant fairly submitted that, the said condition may be suitably modified in the interest of justice.

Mother of the applicant is suffering from cancer and is residing at Andheri (West). 4] In view of the above, the said condition is hereby modified and the applicant is permitted to enter into the jurisdiction of Mumbai Police Commissioneriate except within the jurisdiction of Bangur Nagar Police Station where the crime is committed. 5] Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
