1] On 29.07.2022 the applicant has undertaken to surrender before the Investigating Officer within 72 hours and the application was not pressed.

2] The learned counsel for the Applicant states that the applicant met with an accident on 28.07.2022, hence, he could not surrender on the given date.

(9)ABA-836-2022.doc 3] The above conduct of the applicant is highly deplorable as without any medical certificate, time is sought for surrendering. 4] Let the Investigation Officer ascertain the situation and if he deems fit, he shall arrest the applicant since he has failed to abide by the undertaking given to this Court that he shall surrender within 72 hours.

5] Anticipatory Bail Applicaton is dismissed. Interim Application also stands disposed off.
