Heard the learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant and the Respondent appearing in person.

By consent, the above Misc. Civil Application is taken up for final hearing and the following order is passed by consent : i.

The Applicant wife shall attend the proceedings filed by the Respondent husband being Petition No. A-1003 of 2016 pending before the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai.

ii.

On each date of hearing, when the Applicant wife attends the proceedings at Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai the Respondent husband shall pay an amount of Rs. 1,500/- in cash on the same day towards her travel and other expenses, for which the Applicant wife shall issue a receipt.

The learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai shall not grant any adjournments to the parties unless absolutely necessary. iv.

The parties too shall not apply for adjournments unless absolutely necessary. v.

The learned Judge, Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai shall endeavour to dispose off Petition No. A-1003 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of this order.

vi.

Parties and / or their Advocates shall appear before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai on 7 th August, 2017 at 11.00 a.m. and obtain necessary orders / directions.

The above Misc. Civil Application is accordingly disposed off. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. )
