1] The deletion of the names of the petitioner societies from the final list of voters on the ground that the societies have passed two resolutions nominating two different persons as delegates to participate in the elections to the respondent No.1 Kolhapur Zilla Dudh Utpadak Sangh is taken exception to by way of the above petition. 2] The election programme has reached the stage where only the voting is now remaining to be done. Therefore, there is no warrant to interdict with the election programme at this stage. With the liberty granted to the petitioners to adopt appropriate proceedings after the elections are over, the above writ petitions are dismissed. No costs. ( R.M.SAVANT, J.)
