The Petitioner has prayed for direction to the Vasai Virar City Municipal Corporation to demolish unauthorised construction of the building consisting of ground plus four upper floors situated Survey No. 127 of village Gokhivare, Taluka - Vasai, District - Palghar. 2.

In the petition, the Petitioner has not indicated his personal interest in seeking such relief. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner stated that the Petitioner has no personal interest in seeking such relief.
