1] The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that order has been passed by the Mamlatdar under Section 5 of the Mamlatdar Court's Act, 1906 for removal of obstruction. Thereafter, the Mamlatdar has also directed the Police Inspector, Vita Police Station, to give police protection for implementation of the order. The Petitioner, thereafter, approached the Police Station, however, police protection is not yet provided. The Petitioner is ready to deposit the amount as may be directed.
