Prayer of the petitioner is to give directions to the respondent to transfer him from Yerwada jail to jail at Thane. 2.

In case the grievance of the petitioner still subsists, the concerned authority shall look into it and take an appropriate decision as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
