This is an application for condonation of delay of 2 years and 33 days in filing the Review Petition. Though no satisfactory explanation is given for condoning the delay, in the interest of justice, I am inclined to condone the delay and take up the Review Petition for hearing on merits.

In view thereof, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) with no order as to costs. Delay stands condoned.
