The matter was argued for some time. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw this petition with liberty to oppose the change report as and when filed by the newly elected committee members of the Trust under Section 22 of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act.

The newly elected committee members shall file change report within the time prescribed under the provisions of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act and shall not apply for condonation of delay and for condonation of time.
