Record indicates that, petitioner did not report to Jail Authority after completing furlough leave. Offence under Section 224 of Indian Penal Code has been registered by the Jail Authority against the Petitioner. Petitioner was arrested and lodged in Jail and thereafter Jail Authority has imposed penalty of cutting by SUNNY ANKUSHRAO THOTE Date: 2023.01.12 10:03:20 +0530 SUNNY ANKUSHRAO THOTE remission period.

Record indicates that, Petitioner has already filed application before the Competent Authority seeking reduction in the cut of remission imposed by Jail Authority and same is pending for adjudication.

As far as crime registered under Section under Section 224 of Indian Penal Code is concerned, the appropriate Court will adjudicate the same in due course of time.

In view thereof, nothing further survives in present Petition and is accordingly disposed off.
