Mr. Kamkhedkar, learned APP placed on record report dated 23rd September, 2019 made by Superintendent, Nashikroad Central Prison. The report shows that the petitioner/applicant has already undergone the sentence of 4 years, 2 months and 17 days and he has been released from the prison with effect from 16th July, 2019.
