An opinion expressed by the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison recommending the case of the petitioner to place him under the category of 3(A) of guidelines dated 15.03.2010 appears to be correct and in consonance with the findings recorded by the trial Court while concluding the trial. Therefore, the petitioner deserves to be placed in category 3(A) of guidelines dated 15.03.2010 and accordingly the petitioner be placed in the said category. All concerned shall act accordingly. 2.

In that view of the matter, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Nothing survives for further consideration. Petition stands disposed of.
