The learned counsel for the Appellant/ T.M.T. submits that the Appellant had deposited the entire decreetal amount along the interest accrued thereon. So he prays that the execution and the implementation of the operation of the judgment and award dated 22nd September, 2014 passed by the Member, M.A.C.T., Thane in M.A.C.P. No. 490 of 2012 be stayed.

As the entire amount is deposited by the Appellant, the stay is hereby granted pending Appeal. The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause a).
