Learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner-MIDC has invited our attention to the order dated 8 September 2020 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Interim Application No.92520 of 2020 in Writ Petition No.184 of 2020, which reads as follows:

The Urban Development Department shall dispose off the Appeal filed by the Petitioner under Section 47 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, within a period of three weeks from today.
