By this interim application, the applicant seeks re-investigation of his case by the Central Bureau of Investigation and in that regard to conduct Narco test on himself.

The applicant has been convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 376-D, 394, 395 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and has been sentenced to suffer life imprisonment, after a full fledged trial.

Having regard to the same, the question of considering the applicant's prayer for re-investigation and for conduct of Narco test now, does not arise. The application is accordingly rejected. 4.
