P.C.:- By the present Petition, the Petitioner has made a grievance that, a case under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code is pending against him and the Competent Authority is not considering his Application for furlough or parole leave.
2) Smt. Lohakare, learned APP on instructions from the Superintendent, Nashik-Road Central Prison submitted that, the Petitioner was released on COVID-19 parole leave from 12th August, 2021 to 18th June, 2022.
