This is an Application for recalling the order dated 27.02.2015 passed by this Court and for restoration of Civil Application No.672 of 2014 in Civil Revision Application (St.) No.17967 of 2014. For the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). Civil Application is restored.

At this stage, Mr. Deshmukh orally applies for granting status-quo order. He is not in a position to show that C.R.A. was filed within 4 weeks from passing of the order dated 01.04.2014 and obtaining any interim order in that C.R.A.
