Heard. By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the concurrent findings of facts recorded by both the courts below allowing the Respondent - Plaintiff's Application for injunction restraining the Petitioner from disturbing his right to take water from the well.

Considering the reasons given by both the courts below and as Regular Civil Suit No. 104/2016 is pending for hearing on merits, I do not find any reason to interfere with the well reasoned order.

Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No order as to costs.
