By the present Petition, the Petitioner had prayed for his release on parole leave for the treatment of his mother who was suffering from ailment.

Learned A.P.P. on instructions from Incharge Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison submitted that, the Petitioner was subsequently released on parole leave on 14th May 2020. He was supposed to surrender to the Prison on 4th June 2022, however he surrendered on 17th June 2022, i.e. 13 days late.
