The learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that in pursuance to the direction issued by the learned Tribunal, the Petitioner is willing to forward specific proposal to the Railway Board, Ministry of Railways, for consideration and inclusion of the Respondent's name in 30% LDC quota by promotion in general quota. The statement is accepted. 2.

In that view of the matter, since the Petitioner is willing to abide by the directions issued by the learned Tribunal, nothing survives in the petition.
