This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.1 by an order dated 17.11.2015 in Cri. M.A.No.1107/2015 below Exh.1 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Raigad, Alibag.

The learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 on instructions submitted that the police have already completed the investigation and submitted charge sheet in the Court of Competent jurisdiction in the month of October 2016. 2.

In view of the decision of this Court in the case of Priyanka Pakwasa vs. Sameer Pakwasa and anr. in Criminal Application No.723 of 2014 in ABA No.1785 of 2014 and ors. the present application for cancellation of anticipatory bail after filing of charge sheet does not survive and has become infractuous.
