Pursuant to order dated 31 st March, 2022, the petitioner has been put into possession of her 1/7th share in the suit property, as evident from the orders dated 20 th July, 2022 and 25 th July, 2022. The petitioner acknowledges this fact. Now, grievance of the petitioner is, that her belongings which are lying in other rooms of the suit house be ordered to be

handed over to her. If that is the case, let the petitioner file appropriate application before the trial Court. In the event, such an application is filed, the trial Court shall pass an appropriate order and ensure that the belongings of the petitioner are returned to her, as per the panchanama, if any. 3.
