After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the Applicant, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Application.

Having regard to the peculiar facts of this case and the age of the prosecutrix i. e. 12-14 years at the time of the incident, the trial of the Applicant is expedited. Learned Judge to conclude the case as expeditiously as possible and in any event within six months from the date of receipt of this order.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
