We dispose of the Writ Petition by passing the following order :-

O R D E R

(i) Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, states that the Petitioner shall vacate and handover possession of the subject structure to the Respondent No.4-Developer within a period of one week from today.

916.wp.3694-22.doc (ii) We record the statement of learned Counsel for the Respondent No.4-Developer that the Respondent No.4-Developer shall pay the Petitioner 11 month's transit rent within one week from today.

(iii) We make it clear that the Respondent No.4Developer shall be entitled to refund, if the said amount of 11 month's transit rent for the Petitioner has already been deposited with the Slum Rehabilitation Authority.

(iv) The Respondent No.6-Competent Authority shall decide the Application of the Petitioner in respect of his eligibility expeditiously.

(v) We record the statement of learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner shall withdraw the Appeal No.85 of 2022 which is pending before the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee.

The Writ Petition to stand disposed of in the above terms.
