Learned APP submitted a report prepared by Senior Jail Superintendent, Aurangabad Central Jail which states that in the past Petitioner has overstayed the furlough leave granted to him for over 2750 days.

Hence, the grievance of Petitioner seeking furlough leave in his Application dated 15.09.2018 does not subsist. We grant liberty to the Petitioner to make an appropriate Application seeking furlough to the Competent Authority in accordance with law, if permissible. 3.
