After hearing progressed to some length, Mr.Sabrad, learned advocate for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition. He also prays for liberty to the petitioners pursue their remedy under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act. 2.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

This order shall not preclude the petitioners to pursue their remedy before the relevant tribunal under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act in accordance with law. All contentions are kept open.
