I am informed by my associate that a copy of this application is still not supplied by the Advocate for the applicant to the registry for issuance of notice on the respondent.

Copy shall be supplied by the applicant on or before 31st July 2023.

Registry to issue notice to the respondent, upon receipt of this application. Returnable on 28th August 2023.

Hamdast is permitted.

Learned counsel for the applicant is at liberty to serve privately through any mode permissible in law including electronic mode.

Thereafter when the matter was listed on 28th August, 2023, the following order was passed :- 1.

None for the Applicant.

The office remark in the cause-list indicates that the Applicant has not supplied copy of the application and therefore, notice could not be issued to the Respondent. Further the affidavit of service also not been filed till date.

It appears that the applicant is not serious about pursuing this application.

Accordingly, list on 11th September, 2023, for dismissal.

Today again none appears for the applicant nor copies have been supplied for issuance of notice to the respondent. No affidavit of service has also been filed till date. The matter has been listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'.
