This is an application seeking modification of condition imposed upon the applicant vide order dated 14/08/2014. Applicant was enlarged on bail by this Court (Coram: Abhay M. Thipsay, J.) and condition was imposed that he shall attend Vashi Police Station on every alternate Sunday between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. till the conclusion of trial. 2) Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is a heart patient and he would face difficulties in attending the police station on every alternative Sunday. O R D E R

(i) Applicant shall attend to Vashi Police Station on first Sunday of every month for the next six months.

(ii) Applicant shall record his attendance in Sessions Case No. 73 of 2014 without fail.

(iii) Upon failure to attend any two consecutive dates before the Sessions Court, prosecution would be at liberty to seek cancellation of bail.

(iv) Application stands disposed of.
