1] The applicant has failed to comply with his undertaking i.e. depositing of balance amount of Rs.3,00,000/- in the Registry of this Court, despite of granting repeated opportunities. It appears that, the applicant is not serious enough in complying with his own undertaking. 2] In view thereof, the interim-relief granted by an order dated 15th March 2019 is hereby vacated. As a consequence thereof, the application stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 15th March 2019.
