Learned advocate for the petitioners fairly points out that codefendants had challenged very impugned order before this Court by way of Writ Petition No.3590 of 2022. This Court by order dated 29 April 2022 dismissed said writ petition. Special Leave to Appeal against order of this Court is also dismissed. He, therefore, submits that the petitioners right would be governed by the very same reasons assigned by this Court in Writ Petition No.3590 of 2022.

In my opinion, therefore, for the reasons stated in the order dated 29 April 2022 in Writ Petition No.3590 of 2022, present writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
