The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of Civil Application No.602 of 2014 which has stood dismissed for default on account of the non-appearance of the learned advocate on 7/3/2014. Hence accepting the said reasons, the above Civil Application No.1221 of 2015 is allowed. Resultantly, Civil Application No.602 of 2014 is restored to file. The above Civil Application No.1221 of 2015 is accordingly disposed of.
