Heard Mr.Merchant appearing for intervenor. The intervenor is the original complainant. The intervenor had forwarded a complaint to the investigating authority with regard to execution of an agreement by original applicant Ramharak P. Kanojia after he got anticipatory bail by Sessions Court. The intervenor-applicant was also heard before the Sessions Court in application for cancellation of anticipatory bail. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, this application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) of the application. The Applicant in Criminal Application No.388 of 2017 is directed to add the intervenor as Respondent no.2 in Criminal Application No.388 of 2017. Amendment to be carried out within one week from today.
