This is an application for setting aside the order dated 30/08/2016 passed by the Registrar (Judicial - II) refusing registration of the Second Appeal as the applicants failed to remove all office objections within the time granted. The learned Counsel for the applicants also prays for condoning the delay of 169 days caused in filing the present Application. 1/2

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, delay in filing the Application deserves to be condoned and the same is condoned. Further for the reasons mentioned in the application, order dated 30/08/2016 is set aside and Second Appeal Stamp No. 13922 of 2016 is restored to file subject to the applicants removing all office objections within a period of 3 weeks from today.
