The registration of writ petition filed by the applicant has been refused by the Registrar Judicial-I for non removal of office objections.

In view of averments made in the application, we pass the following order :

The order dated 9th December, 2016 stands set aside on condition of the applicant removing all office objections in the writ petition within a period of three weeks from the date of uploading

2 46.caw2311.17 of this order. If the compliance is not made, the impugned order of the Registrar Judicial-I will stand revived. The prayer for reconstruction of files of the writ petition need not be considered as now the files of the writ petition are available. The application is disposed of in the above terms.
