The Petitioner claims that her caste validity claim is pending before the second Respondent since 22nd March, 2003. 3.

Keeping in view the fact that the Petitioner has already been retired and her monetary benefits are withheld by the employer for want of caste validity certificate, we dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No. 2 - Committee to decide the caste validity claim of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible but in any case not later than 31st October, 2018. 4.

The Petitioner to cooperate for early disposal of the matter and to appear before Respondent No. 2 - Committee on 23rd Vishal Parekar 1/2
