Learned Counsel for the Applicants seeks permission to withdraw this application. He states that the Sessions Court in Criminal Revision Application No.461 of 2015, has stayed the impugned order dated 25th March, 2015 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 50th Court, Vikhroli, Mumbai, directing investigation under Section 156(3) of Code of Criminal Procedure in CC.No.52/SW/2015.

The Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. 3.

It is made clear, that this Court has not gone into the merits of the
