This Civil Application has been taken out for condonation of delay of 119 days in seeking to set aside the order dated 23rd September, 2016 passed by the Registrar (Judicial - I) for failure to remove office objections. We find that sufficient explanation has been made out in the Civil Application for the delay in removing the office objections and taking out this application. 2.
