Heard Mr. Sachanandani, learned Counsel for the petitioner.

By this Petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:

"(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other Writ or similar Writ, To issue order / direction to the Hon'ble Family Court Mumbai at Bandra to dispose of the matrimonial case filed by the petitioner bearing Matrimonial Case No.2206 of 2015 as well as the custody petition of the minor child (daughter) bearing Petition No.2206 of 2015 within a period of 4 months from the date of passing of order in the present case."

For the self-same relief, petitioner has already taken out application dated 14.03.2018 praying for the following relief:

"(a) That this Hon'ble Court pass an order for 1/2

WP5494_19.doc expeditious disposal of the Petition within such period as may be deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court." 4.

In view thereof, this Petition can conveniently be disposed of by directing the trial Court to dispose of the Application dated 14.03.2018 at exhibit-W (pages 180-181) within four weeks from receipt of the authenticated copy of this order.
