By the present Petition, Petitioner is seeking expeditious hearing of his case i.e. Sessions Case No.243 of 2018 pending on the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge, 12th Court, Dindoshi, Mumbai. Learned A.P.P. on instructions submitted that, the prosecution will be examining investigating officer as the last witness in the said case on 16th December 2022.
