At the outset, the learned Counsel for the applicant states that there are some typographical errors in the application wherein in para 5 and 7 the word '

Second Appeal' has been typed instead of 'Civil Writ Petition'. He seeks leave to amend the application. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2.

By the present application, the applicant herein has sought to condone the delay of 260 days and has further sought to recall the pps

903 caw 2465-17.doc Order dated 29.6.2016 whereby Writ Petition (st) No. 10799 of 2015 was dismissed for non removal of the office objections. 3.

The learned Counsel for the applicant states that the office objections will be removed within a period of three weeks. In the light of the said statement, and in view of the reasons stated in para 5 of the application, delay is condoned, subject to payment of cost of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) to be paid to Juvenile Justice Fund.

Petition be registered and be listed for admission after four weeks, subject to payment of costs and removal of office objections. 5.

Civil application stands disposed of.
