Heard the learned counsel for the parties. This Civil Application is pressed for expeditious hearing of the second appeal. The application is made on the ground that respondent no.1 is a senior citizen aged about 72 years. The decree of the lower Court, which is confirmed in appeal by the First Appellate Court, was for partition of the property. On these facts, the Civil Application is disposed of by expediting the hearing of the Second Appeal.

The Second Appeal shall come up on the hearing board in the week commencing from 3rd April, 2017.
