This is an application for travelling abroad and in particular to University of Calgary, Canada for taking admission for his daughter between 15.05.2017 to 06.06.2017. By an order dated 09.01.2017 this Court has granted interim relief in favour of the applicant. 2.

The applicant intends to visit the said place, namely, University of Calgary, Canada for taking admission for his daughter who intends to further study at the said place. The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that the prosecuting agency has no serious objection for the applicant's travel abroad during the said period. However, the applicant may be directed to return India on or before 06.06.2017 as the main application is scheduled for hearing on 08.06.2017.

In view of the above and in view of the facts mentioned in the application, the applicant is permitted to leave the jurisdiction of this Court and to travel to University of Calgary, Canada between 15.05.2017 to 06.06.2017 (both days inclusive) on the following terms. Hence, the following order:

(i) The applicant is permitted to leave the jurisdiction of this Court and travel to University of Calgary, Canada between 15.05.2017 to 06.06.2017 (both days inclusive). (ii) Before leaving India, the applicant shall submit his detailed itinerary before the Investigating Officer.

(iii)After return to India, the applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer on 07.06.2017.
